Draft — pending counsel review. This is not the final policy and is not legal advice. We review these with a lawyer before we send any public invite.
The origin
Didly began with a simple observation: students spend most of their study time on logistics instead of ideas. We spent six months researching how AI could take that load off — across multiple AI systems, a Berkeley CTO program on launching products people actually want, and tests with students in real courses.
The right approach isn't a chatbot or a note-taking app. It's a team of agents you oversee. Everything is on the record. Your notes stay yours.
How we built it
We executed fast on that research. Recorded lectures don't vanish, answers are cited, data is encrypted and exportable. Private notes are never used to train shared AI.
